yes…a picture is worth a million words…but I still think we should know what the Iraqi journalist said, as he fired off the Arab world’s most profound and most disparaging insult.
Sock and awe in spades.
Iraqi journalist Muntadar al-Zaidi’s shoes have made history.
He expressed in the most eloquent way,the pent-up pain and humiliation which Iraqis feel as a result of the violations committed by the occupation forces throughout five years.
Here is what he said, “this is a farewell kiss, you dog. This is from the widows, the orphans and those who were killed in Iraq.”
God, Allah, Yaweh, Buddah etc. bless muntadhar al-zaidi
Apparently having a shoes thrown at you n Iraq is a huge insult. Not that Bush understood that.
